The walls and roof are made from 50mm insulated sandwich panels, with standard white wall panels and optional anthracite exteriors for a modern edge. DURABLE FLOORING AND ELECTRICAL ESSENTIALS INCLUDED
Each unit comes fitted with 22mm tongue-and-groove moisture-resistant floorboards topped with 2.8 mm-thick vinyl flooring. Designed for heavy domestic use (Class 23) with a seven-year domestic wear warranty, it offers a practical, stylish, and easy-to-clean surface. The standard electrical bundle includes up to four double sockets, one light switch, and either one or two LED lights, depending on unit size. All necessary wiring, trunking, and a consumer unit are provided—final connections must be made by a qualified electrician.
