Our modular framework is built from strong 2mm galvanised steel, engineered to withstand the elements and provide long-lasting support. Each frame is spray-painted in-house to enhance its corrosion resistance and visual appeal. Choose from our standard finishes—white or anthracite—or personalise your structure with any RAL colour to suit your style. STURDY FLOOR STRUCTURE WITH COMFORT AND CHOICE
The flooring system starts with 40x80mm galvanised steel studs spaced at 600mm centres, delivering a reliable and rigid base. Customers have the option to insulate between the floor studs to enhance thermal efficiency and soundproofing. Above this sits a layer of 22mm moisture-resistant floorboards, finished with your choice of vinyl or water-resistant laminate. The result is a durable, comfortable floor suited for everyday use in any setting.
INSULATED WALL PANELS FOR YEAR-ROUND EFFICIENCY
Our walls are constructed with internal and external 0.2mm galvanised steel sheets. The interior face is powder-coated white, while the exterior can be finished in white or anthracite. Inside, a 50mm layer of high-performance PUR (Polyurethane) insulation ensures excellent thermal efficiency. These insulated wall panels deliver a clean, modern finish alongside strong structural integrity and reliable energy performance.
SMARTLY DESIGNED ROOFING FOR DURABILITY AND DRAINAGE
Roof panels mirror the wall structure, with powder-coated white galvanised steel sheets enclosing 50mm of PUR insulation for superior comfort. Built-in 38mm ridges spaced every 250mm support water flow, directing it efficiently into the integrated drainage system. This thoughtful design prevents pooling and supports weather resistance, making the roof both reliable and resilient.
FLEXIBLE CLADDING OPTIONS FOR EVERY STYLE
We offer cladding options to suit a variety of budgets and tastes. The Classic range features traditional timber cladding. The Sleek range uses composite cladding available in smooth, woodgrain, or V-groove textures, offered in five colour choices: Grey, Anthracite, Wood, Mahogany, and Coffee. For a more premium appearance, the LUX range introduces slatted composite cladding in the same palette. All cladding styles can be installed vertically or horizontally, either in frame or over frame, giving you full control over the final look.
